Auto Abrasive Delivery System

The abrasive delivery hopper is fabricated steel container that holds approximately 350lbs. Of abrasive.Low-pressure compressed air moves the abrasive to the cutting system through an abrasion resistant hose.The hopper has lifting rings and truckles for easy movement and is designed to be lagged to the floor upon final placement.
At the cutting station,the delivery system terminates into a receiving hopper.Because of the low pressure abrasive delivery,level limiting switches and sensors are not required in the receiving hopper.Abrasive delivery and level control in the receiving hopper are self regulating.The design shows BOAO continuous efficiency and reduce labour requirements.
The 500lbs hopper is optional.

The Dynamic Abrasivejet(DAJ)ia a cutting system that tilts the cutting head to produce more accurate parts at higher cutting speeds.Its revolutionary design provides a better way to correct two common drawbacks to abrasivejet cutting taper and inside corner kickback.Slowing down the cutting speed used to be the best way.Tilting the head removes the taper from one side of the cut,leaving a vertical cut on the side of the part.
The DAJ have five main components:
Z-axis
Mini-wrist
High-precision cutting head
Mini on/pff Valve
Height sensor
The wrist assembly is powered by two servo-driven actuators,which allow two more axes of movement(A and B).
